THE BAY HORSE INN

Built in 1650 and located in North Street opposite a grassy green and the river Ashburn, the historic Bay Horse Inn is a traditional, family run, family friendly pub full of character and a relaxed atmosphere known for serving great local ales and ciders along with more familiar beers. Children and dogs are very welcome and fully catered for! The menu features home cooked food, freshly baked baguettes, light lunches and our famous hand stretched pizzas.  With a large range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, and a great children’s menu, there really is something for everyone. Why not share one of our delicious hot bar snacks with your drink! Stone walls, timber beams and panels and a real log fire make the Bay Horse a cosy spot to while away a wintery afternoon, and the beer garden is the best kept secret as it’s the last place in town that the sun goes down!  An ideal place to enjoy a refreshing cold drink on a hot summer’s day.
